Refund Policy

At trnitypickleball.com, we have a No Return policy stating that once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned to the seller. We do have a Warranty and Registration sign up page. If your complaint meets our standard of manufacturer defects, we will consider making an exchange and or refund within the time frame.
